The Majority of our Brands are Australian and currently ship within Australia.

WHO DO YOU POST WITH?

As Little Kids Business is an Online Marketplace we hold no stock so post no gifts

We represent hundreds of Kids brands who choose their own postage methods. These Brands are located all over Australia, with a select few that are overseas ( these send gifts with tracking ) 

Little Kids Business do request all brands to dispatch gifts within 48 hours ( unless your gift is personalised ) 

They may choose to post with

– Australia Post

– An Australian Post Representative

– A Courier Company

– Or a Courier Company Representative such as Sendle or Shippit. 

Our International Brands will add International Tracking to your order when it is dispatched. 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY GIFT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Please check to see if you have received an email from us to advise if your gift has shipped.

This would have been generated when the Kids Brand you purchased from changes the order status from Processing to Completed (to tell us their gift has shipped)

This may have landed in your spam/junk folder, so don’t forget to check there too.

Many of our Kids brands are able to advise tracking information however we do have the rare vendor who does not use tracking or a vendor who offers tracking for an additional cost. 

You can check to see if your order has been dispatched by going the front homepage of the LKB website by clicking on the logo from any page.

Once there type in your order number ( advised on your order confirmation ) and you will see if your order is

COMPLETED – ANOTHER WORD FOR POSTED (THIS INDICATED YOUR GIFT IS POSTED)

If our Brand advised a tracking number you will now be able to see it.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP TO MY CUSTOMERS?

MY GIFT HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHALL I DO? 

Well, this is certainly alarming as when our Brands ship gift to you, it is with the intention that they arrive. 

If you have been advised a Tracking Number, log onto the courier or postal company’s website to see exactly where your parcel is.

Items that are sent via regular post will follow Australia Post regulations.

Australia Post classifies an item lost if 10 business days have passed since postage and the item has not arrived.

If this is the case, please follow the below steps.

1. Please check to see if you have received an email from us with your parcel has shipped. 

2. Contact Little Kids Business via [email protected] and advise that your parcel has not arrived

3. We will then liaise with our Brand to communicate the issue.

4. We appreciate your patience and understanding that once the parcel is shipped, we have no control over the delivery and place our faith in the postal company who has your order. We will endeavour to come to a happy resolution with you. 

5. We will reply soon.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS AN UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?

If no one is present when the order arrives and it is being delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in the mailbox for you to pick up your parcel in your local Post Office.

If your item is delivered by Fastway or Allied Express as an example, the arrangement will be made in advance to ensure
your item to arrive at your door at your convenience.

A re-delivery cost will occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

CAN I CHOOSE EXPRESS POST?

We know life gets crazy and things fall through the cracks.

For moments like this, some of the Little Kids Business Brands offer Express Post for an additional fee.

This will give you a method of tracking and peace of mind if you require your gift sooner rather than later.

THERE ARE SOME UNDELIVERABLE POSTCODES FOR SOME COURIER COMPANIES – WHAT ARE THEY? 

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that some of our Brands are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.
