How To Set Up Shipping Options

Shipping in Australia

The default shipping within Australia is Free for products purchased on Little Kids Business Marketplace. Please make sure that you include the domestic shipping costs within your product price.

Express shipping in Australia

Express Shipping’ pricing is set up under the Vendor Per Product pricing tab.

You can edit site-wide settings (after you’re logged in) here

Please see a reference screenshot of the Product Edit screen with a mock-up of the settings Creators should fill in.

The workflow is:

  1. Go to Product > Edit
  2. Product Data > Shipping
  3. Select Express Post shipping class
  4. Add Cost row
  5. Enter AU for Australian country code
  6. Enter cost

 

If you set up the express shipping option correctly, your customers will see these options at the check-out.

 

Shipping to New Zealand

The system is set up to enable shipping to New Zealand. This is automatically set up in the system, you don’t need to add / or change anything in the back-end, these options are calculated based on AusPost’s standard prices and will be calculated during the check-out process.

The options for shipping to New Zealand are as follows:

  • International Economy Air (10+ business days)
  • International Standard (6+ business days)
  • International Express (2-4 business days)
